- If the user fails to provide this information or if he gives incorrect data from the outset, the service provider can withdraw from the contract if a contract has been concluded. The written form is also preserved by sending an email.
- Immediately after the contract has been concluded, the service provider sends the user an email with customer information to the email address given during registration.

§7 right of withdrawal
Buyers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act can withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of seven working days from delivery of the goods without giving a reason.
